USING HIREN BOOT ON A SYSTEM WHERE WINDOWS 7 WONT BOOT
If windows 7 is not booting and you also can not access it via safe mode, then hirens boot CD is the way to go. With the software you can gain access to your save file on the hard drive. Getting access will give you a chance to backup the information after which you can reinstall windows 7. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.
1. Download the Hirens boot ISO file
2. Run as image on a cd.
3. Insert cd and boot from cd. the screen to the right will pop-up.
4. Scroll down to mini Windows 7 Portable and click enter. Mini windows 7 will now load so that you can gain access to your saved file on the hard drive.
5. Mini windows 7 is now up and running. You can now go to documents, pictures, music or any where else you saved files.With an external hard drive you can now save and get ready to do the new OS installation.
